pregnant but still got a short period?

Has anyone ever experienced this?  My period ended two days ago (was only four days and super light at the end).  Every smell has been getting to me and I've been nauseas as hell the last four hours.  Also have back pain, boob pain.  I don't want to waste my money and hopes on a test if I'm just out of my mind but is this really a possibility?
