I've been nervous to try hormonal birth control after gaining 30 lbs following the birth of my daughter in July of 2016. I'm about 280-something and plan to eat healthier and buy a gym pass when I can afford it in December but I'm afraid of gaining any more weight. I'd like to not use barrier method BC either. Is there any BC that won't cause weight gain?
