Why am i always sick?!?

I found out yesterday were having a little baby girl! But now i think im getting another cold which i just got over one. Is it really this common to get colds? I eat healthy and stay warm i dont understand!!

Actually nasal issues like congestion or mucas (which can cause sore throats) or sinus pressure are symptoms of pregnancy, so you may not really be "sick" just more wonderful pregnancy issues us ladies get to deal with!!! I've been struggling with sever headaches caused by sinus pressure 😕
