Fam is the fertility awareness method of tracking. It's using those rules to determine your cover line. Basically, the cover line will go right below the first of 3 temps that are higher than the previous six. Since you're missing data, it's assuming your temps have all been lower since the first day you temped.

I tend to stick with fam over other settings as it's been more accurate for ovulation prediction for me.

I would keep it where it is. But just keep temping every morning , and that way you can see a clearer pattern
