labor soon?

I'm 40 weeks & 3 days. I had a sweep done yesterday and I was 1/2 cm dilated only before the sweep (I bled a lot it was not fun!) and a few hours after I noticed that baby dropped lower and this morning I lost my mucus plug with a bit of a backache... 
so should I be resting for labor, or not really expect anything from these signs? I'm a first time mom. 😬

I was a 1/2 cm dilated then went for a walk lost my mucus plug and had bloody show went to 3 cm dilated and today I had a sweep and I'm having contractions but was recommended to walk and stay active

Stay up & active hopefully your water breaks & then on the way to the hospital. Good luck 😍🤗

Thanks! I'm group b step positive so if my water breaks I need to go to the hospital quickly, so I'm trying to keep an eye on if labor will start soon ☺️ I had false labor on my due date so I hope I can tell the difference when it's time!
