Has anyone else's piercings rejected since getting pregnant?

Not exactly but I woke up last week with an aching ear lobe. I haven't worn earrings in years, and the holes are basically healed up. Checked it out in the mirror and it was sore and when I touched it the old hole sort of "popped" (gross I know) like a zit. They used to do that if I wore fake or cheap earrings. It's since healed over again and no more pain... I can only assume it was something to do with the pregnancy.
