back and right side pain

I'm 37+6 and in so much pain I could scream. My son is breech with his head under my right rib cage and the pain in my side and back are excruciating. I can't even get comfortable, stretch or anything. This is the first time I've felt like this (of course I already had my 38 week check up this morning) and I'm worried about having this pain at work tomorrow. Any advice or suggestions?? I'm open to anything at this point. 😩
