31 weeks + 4 days // kidney problems

31 weeks and 4 days, she is measuring 4 pounds 4 ounces. They are still concerned about her kidneys looking prominent. We will have monthly growth screenings until the end of my pregnancy, as well as her have an ultrasound of her kidneys within a few days of being born. They have been monitoring her kidneys since about 21 weeks. Has anyone been told there's reason for concern because their babies kidneys are "prominent" ? What ended up happening? I don't want to google anything because we all know what that leads to!
