It's there anything I can take to help lose weight while ttc?

I'm overweight and are not getting prenant, hubby and I took all the fertility tests ands they all come back fine

I went to my fertility Dr. I have PCOS, he put me in metformin and I lost 4lbs in 6 days. I've lost total of 13 lbs since the 16th of December.

I have been taking metformin for my pcos, I don't notice anything different....I do skip them here and there, maybe that's why

I've been doing Plexus for 3 months now and I have lost 8 lbs and 13 inches. I have had two miscarriages so I'm hoping that if I lose weight I will be able to stay Pregnant! I was so happy my gyno okay'd Plexus while TTC and she said it was so good I didn't need to take Pre-Natals.

I'm very jealous of you girls on metformin...would love to go on it! :) I've been using weight watchers as my guide, trying to work out 3 days a week, and other lifestyle things (no diet sodas, sleeping 7 hours, drinking lots of decaf tea, etc). I've gradually lost 10lbs in 6 months but hoping if I am more consistent I will lose it faster. Hope that helps!

Girl im in the same boat, but i believe that for me i have to lose a few pounds before i get pregnant. Thats how it was for with my first two pregnancies
