Do you ovulate on the same day each cycle?

The last 2 cycles I ovulated on CD16 but FF is putting my ovulation at CD14 this cycle. I normally have an 11 day luteal phase, so FF has moved AF date up. Is this normal? And based on a short luteal phase, should I still be testing when AF is due or later? Sorry for all the questions!

Your follicular phase length can vary, but your luteal phase typically stays the same. So your period start date should be moved up if you ovulate earlier than usual. xo
