Morning sickness before BFP?

Question

Hi all! 
I have just had sickeness (around 10:30am) and am not what you would call a 'sicky' person. I have a pretty cast iron stomach and am rarely sick.
This combined with other symptoms (very tender breasts/mild cramps etc) had me wondering if this may be our month. 
Has anyone had morning sickness before a BFP? AF due in 6 days according to Glow.

Did you end up being pregnant? I am having symptoms at about 10dpo (nauseous, sore breasts, back pain), but test have been negative?

This is the same for me! Nauseous today but only dry heaving. Sore breasts, mild cramping, exhausted, AF is due in 5 days. Haven’t taken a test though. Could I be pregnant? 😬
