What's the most you've ever pumped from one side?

I just pumped to empty from my left side in an attempt to regulate my over-supply on that side (by feeding several feeds in a row on the right side) and pumped 7 oz.  I was shocked by how much it was!

4 oz from one side is the most I have gotten. I really wish I could get more 😔

I pumped 6 from on side and 5 from the other last week! Probably the most I have gotten in one session 😆

When I was pumping in the mid-morning, I could get about 4-6 from just one side. Now, I'm switching to pumping at night because I'm about to go back to work and I'm only getting about 2 per side. I'm hoping that my nighttime supply increases soon as I keep up this routine. Right now it's so little compared to what I was getting.

When it's been about 3-4 hours since LO last ate and I'm getting a bit engorged I can get 3-5 oz from my right side while I nurse from my left. The baby will totally drain whatever side I feed him from, but then is full, so I try to pump and nurse together while block feeding. When I do weighed feeds with him he can get up to 6oz from one side, my lactation consultant said that's more than a lot of women can do when their baby is only two months.

I read that if you nurse on both sides every time it will help regulate you better. Nurse on one side till they pull off or stop the long drawl.then burp em and switch to the other side till done. I had to do this bc emptying one side every feeding or multiple feedings stimulates that breast to produce more and more every time.  Then you get engorged.

Depends on how long it's been since I pumped last will tell me how much I get. If it's been 12 hours I get anywhere from 12-14 oz out
