Crush advice 😳

I work at a Subway inside of a Walmart and I have this "admire from a distance" crush on this boy who works in the Walmart. Hes just my type! Hes got dark hair, glasses, and hes really tall, skinny, and has sharp blue eyes. Sometimes I will see him looking at me but not often. Hes just so intimidating! All my co workers tell me I need to approach him and talk to him but im so scared. My self esteem is so low and I just don't think hed ever like me. He comes in on his breaks and plays on his phone or on his ds. Sometimes he gets a sub but whenever I make it for him he wont even look at me, he seems kind of shy. I just don't know if im just not pretty wnough or what. I just need some advice! Should I talk to him and how should I approach him? I don'twant to bother him and I don't want to be rejected. What should I do?
