weird period ? I'm concerned.

So my period comes around the same time of month , and generally will last 3 days bleeding and then two spotting and brown spotting. Well this month is began on the 22 morning and it's normal like it always is , heavy and annoying. So I took mydol medication for periods and I take two pills every six hours and then today ( the 23) it's still same as usually except the bleeding differs between heavy and medium. And then I switched from a pad to tampon , and my period is here until I take the last tampon I used out and switched to a pad , all of my tampons previous had blood on them but all the sudden now which it's 930pm my period is like non existent. There's spotting I guess but it doesn't make sense for it to end now ? Sorry for the long intro but I'm a bit worried. Since my period use to last one to two days then stop for an entire day with light spotting and then return the next day for two days.
