Did I make it? Try one more time?

I've been ttc for about 4 1/2 months. I'll count it as five so far, no luck. Tried pre-seed in one cycle and it didn't work, tried it again this cycle but I'm so confused. I took an ovulation test on the 18th which said positive (I think) which on glow, it said I was supposed to hit my peak on 24th when I took this test it switched to the 22rd as my peak. I had sex 18th, 21, 22 and hit "peak" 22rd. Took an ovulation test and it's still positive. Does this mean I read it wrong the first time or? Should I bd one more time just to make sure?
