I'm just wondering since with my first I didn't cramp at all. I've already called the doctor and they told me it was normal but I'm just wondering when is the cramping considered severe?

I'm cramping but it's almost like an upset stomach type of cramp but it's all in my belly area so I'm not sure where to pin point it...but I'm not doubled over just belly cramping like I need to poop but can't? Sorry if that seems crazy I'm just worried I guess...btw..I'm 5 weeks today
