period has been wonky the past few months 😟

Last month it was a lot of clear discharge for a whole week before my period started and now this month im 6 days late, I just have brown spotting and some cramps

I know I'm not pregnant or anything because I've had two periods since the last time I've had sex sooo idk I have no idea what's going on, help 😩😩😩 lol
