My 6 week old has had to switch formula 3 times now. Until we switched to soy, his poops were regular. Since switching to soy he's had thick sludge like poops that don't smear his diaper they hang out in a large clump. It's thicker then peanut butter. It doesn't seem to bug him. But I'm sure it can't be good. It was suggested watered down apple juice, we've given him an ounce 2x. But haven't seen am improvement. Any suggestions???
