Am I overreacting

Jen
So.. Let's just start with as long as i give birth to a healthy baby I'll be very thankful and blessed. However, my SO and I announced our pregnancy on thanksgiving. His mother and grandmother keep saying "I hope it's a boy and not a girl". We didn't stay over there house but we did go several days in a row.. What pisses me off is we left today and when they saw me they start rubbing my "belly" which is not very big looks like I'm just chunky and as they rub my stomach say we wish it's a boy.. To have your first baby as a boy is a blessing to the marriage. And I replied as long as my baby is healthy that's all that matters to me. And they keep replying "no , we know it's going to be a boy" let me tell you how frustrated I get. Not because it I had a boy I wouldn't be happy but because let God bless us with whatever gender he desires. Whatever is meant for you is meant for you.. Has me very frustrated. Like why the f* would you keep saying that. I think it's a bit rude. His mother wishes only boys for me because she never had a little girl just 4 boys. Is this something to be bothered about ? I find out Thursday what we're having and honestly I don't feel like telling anyone what the gender is weather girl or boy.. Let's just say I'm not very happy right now. Anyone else experienced this? Not for anything but I wish it's a girl to shut everyone up. Because why the fk. would you keep telling a first time mother to be you wish it's a boy and it's going to be a boy. 😡 let the baby just be healthy whatever the gender dammit!!!!
