How often are your babies sleeping?

Lauren • 31, partner is 35. We have three children, William 10, Georgia 2 & Eliza just born. I work with domestic abuse victims in the north east of England. Partner is a roofer/joiner.

Hi everyone im just wondering how often everyones babies are sleeping?

I read somewhere that new babies should be sleeping around 18 hours a day.

My 3 week old daughter has only just averaged 12.5 hours over 24 hours.

She is very colicky, we have been given gaviscon from the dr. But we are querying an intolerance to the milk.

So im curious to know how much other peoples babies are sleeping to see if my girl is average or below. Or even above.
