Twins???

So I'm 4 weeks pregnant and my symptoms are soooo weird compared to my first pregnancy. I've already gained 5 lbs... And I've got this weird gut feeling I've got twins. People who have had twins... What were your symptoms???

I have twins and I was definitely not thinking it was twins!  My mom had a dream that it was twins and told me as a joke.  Turned out the joke was more like a premonition lol.  I did have severe Morning sickness at the beginning but nothing abnormal to what many singleton pregnancies experience (at least for the first trimester)

I'm almost 10 weeks with twins which are di/di twins so unlikely they are identical. I had very little sickness but had the most painful breasts ever and was exhausted from pretty much 10 DPO. I tested pos 5 days before AF due and lines were dark. There are many sets of fraternal twins in my family( mothers side) I'm 35 years old and had been TTC for almost a year.'

I have a weird feeling I may have twins too! I had some symptoms so early on and tested positive so early! I would love twins!

I have twins, and am now having a singleton. I was throwing up sick before I missed my period, and I found out like 4-5 days before I had even missed my period. I also started showing a little early. 
​This singleton pregnancy is completely different. Only found out 1 day before my missed period, and while I'm exhausted and nauseas, I have not gotten sick once yet.
