Introducing pacifiers?

At what point did you introduce pacifier to your breastfed baby? He is only two days old, but has an amazing latch and the lactation consultant said he is the best breastfeeder she has seen in months! But he sucks on his hands for comfort and I a pacifier is easier to take away in the future then a hand is! Lol. Any advice welcome! Picture included because I'm obsessed with him 😍😍😍
