Safe or not?
So right now I'm 10 weeks almost 11 weeks pregnant. I've been losing weight constantly cause of nausea and loss of appetite. The only thing I really really want to eat is tuna fish. Unfortunately I've read that it is high in mercury and dangerous to eat while pregnant. I've also read some articles that said some of them are safe to eat. My question is should I satisfy my craving and eat it or not take the risk at all? This is my first btw. TIA
