bleeding after positive test result

Hey guys!  I'm 32 and just found out today I'm pregnant!! We have been trying since July to conceive. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced light/medium bleeding with cramps after receiving a positive result? I had an ectopic pregnancy last October that ruptured. However, I don't remember the bleeding and cramps happening so soon after my positive result. I'm hoping this is just prolonged implantation bleeding. Any ideas?
