Breastmilk is drying up?!

My son is 3 months old and I have been exclusively pumping but my supply has started getting lower and lower and now I can't even get an ounce total when I pump. What can I do??

I know there's certain foods you can eat to help increase your supply and there's medication you can get from the doctor. If you get on Pinterest there's tons of recipes I've seen to help increase the supply
