With my first my belly was tiny until 20ish weeks. I'm on my second and definitely look pregnant at 16 weeks. Everyone's body is different.

It's normal. I swear at 22 weeks my belly was tiny. I'm only 24 weeks now and I definitely popped out within those two weeks between!
