Nursing bras?

Any recommendations for a supportive nursing bra for a large chest? I'm a 38DD and I bought an underwire nursing bra from Target that was great but after a few days of wearing it I got a plugged duct right where the underwire hits. I'm an LVT at an emergency hospital and I work 13 hour shifts and before I wore a compression sports bra but I'm afraid that won't work now either. Any suggestions?

Ditch the underwire, they'll give you blocked milk ducts. Try the Hestia sports maternity bras. They have a lot of support, no underwire, and are comfy. I live in them, most nursing bras dont have much support I found.

I had the same issues with underwire. My absolute favorite nursing bra is called playtex women's nursing seamless wirefree bra ($20 at target). I have tried all types of nursing bras and this is the best! I bought two for my first baby and will buy more for this one. There is no wire or padding but it's very supportive and just feels...comfortable. Especially when you're engorged and sore, this bra keeps boobies in place!

I bought a few from target without the underwire and they are so comfortable. I also wear a 38DD, and they are perfect for me! I believe the brand is Gilligan and O'Malley.
