20th Birthday ideas?

I'm 20 in 4 days but I'll be 17 weeks pregnant. Any ideas of what I can do? I've said I don't want any gifts as it's so close to Christmas, I was thinking me and my boyfriend could go to my favourite restaurant which is toby carvery 😂 has anyone got any other ideas or activities I could go to?
