need advice

Okay I know I shouldn't have but I did... and I googled my symptoms I've been having the last two days (lots of pressure in vaginal area, super tight pains all over my stomach, and bad lower back pain) and it said if I am experiencing all of those and increased discharge (which I am) I should call my doctor...should I call our mother baby unit and see what they say? I mean I'm kinda worried and have been since yesterday but I didn't wanna seem dramatic 😔 23 weeks and also want to add I'm high risk for early labor
