I need to vent ladies......

Okay so my parents hate my child's father for reasons that happened while we were together & breaking up. I had names picked out with him for years now because we always talked about kids. He chose our daughters name & when his brother got killed Halloween 2015 we had picked our boy name because my uncle passed Halloween 2009 as well. I told her my names & that I was still using the names we decided together because at the end of the day I called his brother my brother for 4 years before he passed & we were together when it all happened. Then came the last name, my thing with that is if he's there & he plays his part as a dad then I feel as though he's earned the right to have the last name be his. Is there anything wrong with that because it took everything in me to not snap because of her feelings towards him at the end of the day it's his child as well as mine yes I control everything but I not going to strip him of something especially if he's there to play his part. Oh and to top it off I told her who all I wanted in the room with me & when I told her he would be there too she says "you know you're asking for too much" like what ?! At this point if me & my child's father are on great terms I only want him in the room because I'm not going to have any arguments or anything during my labor 🙄
