tuna brand??

Can any of you tell me which brand of tuna is ok to eat?? Right now I have chicken of the sea in my fridge. Wondering if that one is ok.

You can eat any brand, just in moderation

Honestly I eat tuna almost everyday and haven't had any issues. I buy whatever I grab 😂 I don't pay attention much

They're all ok but you have to limit your intake because of mercury content. You can't eat all you want of any brand of Tuna (or other fish high in mercury)
