So I want y'all to know there's no such thing at my high school it's called health and it's not even required you can take college and career classes instead

Now the things we learn in this health class is stuff like avoiding abusive relationships notice the signs blah blah blah also a short chapter on STDs talking about 6 common ones symptoms and treatments and what not then it all comes to abstinence- not having sex until marriage shit

Then they suggest you take the class as a sophomore but last year we had an eighth grader and seventh grader couple freshman multiple sophomores couple juniors pregnant and throughout the school year a couple seniors and more juniors got pregnant a lot of our seniors and juniors already have a baby couple sophomores too

Coming from a 16 year old I think we need to talk more about safe sex I know everyone says it but god damn it about time they do something because chillren are out here just sexing it up
