Two of my mother's friends offered to throw me a baby shower. I have known these woman nearly my entire life, and they have been like family! I am so touched and grateful that they are offering to do this for me, especially so close to the holidays because I know they're busy.

I want to do something to show my appreciation to them. Can I get them gifts? Is that appropriate? If so, does anyone have any suggestions? These woman are in their 60s, and both are successful so it's one of those "what do you get the woman who has everything" situations. Thanks!
