i'm 36+1 and have been having very loose bowel movements. and they've been happening very often since last night. the other thing is the nonstop gas. i've been gassy this whole pregnancy but this gas is no joke. it smells terrible and it's literally an all day thing now. is this normal or should i be concerned? worried that i may have a stomach bug since i've been using the bathroom so much.
