The day before Thanksgiving I went to the doctor for an ultrasound and I was told that she could see that my uterus had a pregnancy and she could see the yolk sac, but that she couldn't see anything in there. I go back this Thursday for a repeat ultrasound to see if we can see a baby in there this time. I need all the positive thoughts and prayers I can get please.
