Baby shower date??

Question

When should we have our baby shower? I'm 25 weeks along and I've already had such a miserable high risk pregnancy. I don't want to have the baby shower too late to where I'm just uncomfortable and I can't actually unpack any of the gifts we get. I also don't want to have the baby shower too early. Also, its holiday season and I want to give our family a break from festivities.. My husband and I are bickering between these three dates.. I'm due March 22

I'm due March 15th and my mom is planning the baby shower for January 29. Best birthday gift ever, since my birthday is January 27.

I had mine a week ago at 32 weeks and I've had a normal uneventful pregnancy and I couldn't imagine waiting any longer. The shortness of breath, lack or energy, sore feet, uncomfortable rib cage and pressure of her head on my cervix and bladder have become really uncomfortable. The last thing I would want to do late in my pregnancy is stand and mingle and then organize gifts lol.

I'm due first week of March and planning mine for prob first week of January before I'm too big and uncomfortable
