weird question

Okay so I'm 11 weeks and the past couple days I've been having a weird thing happen to me and I'm not sure if I should be worried. At first I thought it was a yeast infection because I've had one and some of these symptoms match it (discharge, a bit itchy, and just uncomfortable and slightly painful) but when I had the yeast infection, it was a constant feeling of these symptoms. This time is different. I'm also feeling an odd pressure type of feeling in what I think is my cervix. The symptoms are only if I lean too far forward while sitting, stand up too soon, and when I'm laying on my back. Could this be round ligament pain? I heard that's in the second trimester but maybe I'm close enough to it that it's starting now? I'm not sure and I'm trying not to worry. Plus I have an appointment in about a week or so and will definitely bring it up with my doctor but just wanted some feedback from you ladies. Has anyone else had round ligament pain at 11, almost 12 weeks? Or could this be something else?
