my doc told me that my left tube was obstracted???

what does it mean? can i still get pregnant? what should i do? please any advice

When you have an obstructed tube it means there's a blockage in it. Could be some tissue. There is a procedure to clear the blockage in the tube called a Hysterosalpingogram or HSG. In this procedure they remove the blockage from the tube so there's an open line for sperm to travel. It's a simple procedure and it takes about 10 min. I had one done and it's slightly uncomfortable but not unbearable.
