pee colour !

Hey y'all, my pee has either cloudy or dark orange, I know that that means your dehydrated, it also has a pretty bad smell, the orange colour comes and goes, I don't drink a lot of water as it is, mainly because I thought drinking juice and stuff like that would help but I'm pretty dumb, I do drink water just not as much as I should be.. at first I thought I had a yeast infection a while ago because it hurt to pee after I had intercourse but after that one time I've never had pain just this gross pee, my mom said I should go to the doctor to just to make sure I don't have an old uti and if that's the case to get on antibiotics of course , and then drink a lot of water. Do you guys think it could be something other then uti maybe ? Idk I'm nervous I have bad anxiety and just need some advice, thanks so much xoxo
