using my common sense I would say it does but I'm just making sure! I know I'm worrying for no reason

I think my boyfriend thinks ive given him something but I know I haven't because since I've been with him I've done a urine sample for an sti and it came back negative and then I had a swab done by the doctors and found out I had bacterial vaginosis which isn't an sti. So if I did have an sti, the swab I had would've picked it up wouldn't it? Just so I can put my mind at rest and re assure my boyfriend whatever he has isn't from me!
