what could be wrong

I was reluctant to post this but last Wednesday I went in got my ultrasound and she said everything looks good I'll see you in 4 weeks they took blood to check my levels like iron because I sleep all day and was anaemic previously. Well yesterday they called and said they got the results in and want me to come in again to check my hormone levels. I've been a wreck ever since. She didn't even tell me why it wasn't even the doctor like it usually is. Has anyone had this happen around 7-8 weeks? Please help I had the worst dreams like night
