Should i start a new job at 30 weeks pregnant?

So I'm 30 weeks pregnant and went to a home health aid interview and they really want to hire me but I'm nervous BC they don't know I'm pregnant and BC I would be helping elderly people in and out of bed and in and out of the tub and so on. I can only bear up to 20 lbs and i don't want to blow this opportunity bc I won't be able to pass the training classes they have me take. Should I just wait till after I have the baby?
