So I stopped taking the pill for about a week and a half now and I've had trouble sleeping and feeling pretty down :/ could that be because I stopped taking the pill??

I've been getting nightmares. I'm about a month off of it. Also my anxiety has been kicked up a notch. I'm giving it a month more to even itself out because I'm positive that it's from my fluctuating hormones.

Possibly. You never know. You're taking away hormones your body was used to taking.
