implantation bleeding?

Hi, my boyfriend and I are trying to conceive. I was on birthcontrol for like 9-10 years with no period after taking the Depo shot for awhile then switching to the pill for the last 3-4 years. (Still no AF) I quite the birth control completely about a month ago. Had no AF after, now I have been bleeding only when I go pee. (Not a lot) and very little spotting between going. I've had cramping since this app said the middle of my fertile window. Among other things. Wondering if it's hormones, possible period or hopefully implantation. Also I haven't taken a pregnancy test in about a week and a half which was BFN at that time. Any help would be awesome!
