I went for an early sono because my OB wanted me to due to cramping and spotting. She found a gestational sac but no yolk sac or fetal pole. Anyone have this and still turned out with a healthy pregnancy? She wasn't optimistic and said that I would probably miscarry but wants me to come back in two days for another sono and HCG testing. I'm really sad and want to hear some miracle stories.
