UTI HELP

ok so a week ago i had a blood test/they made me pee in a cup right ok however in august i took a plan b cup right ok well now i'm at the coyote and they got back the results they did not say anything about the plan B but apparently they found white blood cells in my urine???? and that i have a uti!! could this be from the plan b?? oh my god i will literally die if my mom finds out i took a plan b i'm freaking out i'm about to cry i'm terrified... anyways so right now they made me take another pee in a cup thingy test thing but this time they made me like wipe with this brown stuff on a paper before peeing into the cup and i'm like ok so i did..what are they going to find?!?! i mean like i did too some stuff with my boyfriend a week ago but no penis in vagina or butthole stuff. only fingering. however the last time i had sex was sometime in august which is why i took the plan b (unprotected).. please please help me you guys i'm literally only 16 also i don't plan on doing anything sexual for a very long time from now on because of how much dumb anxiety i currently have and fear
