ovu-late !

Quick question Gals , hubby and I are Ttc for our 4th ( hopefully a girl , we have 3 boys already ) 1st month we tried and nothing , 2nd month still nothing . now I'm worried cuz usually we say pregnant and boom I'm pregnant! So I decided to get an ovulation kit . Everyday since my last period I checked and always a negative but we've been having sex nonetheless. Is it possible to ovulate late ? Like maybe a few days before your period. I'm confused , I should have ovulated about 3-4 days ago. Any one else have this ? Where you ovulate a few days before your period . If so let me know because like I said we have been so lucky to always conceive no matter the days! Help . Please 🙏
