chaste tree vitamin?

Was told that the chaste tree vitamin can help fertility and regularity since my periods are SO irregular, it makes it especially hard ttc.  It after two days of taking them I have pretty uncomfortable cramps. I'm not anywhere due for my period. I actually just finished my fertile week according to glow. Anyone else experience this with this vitamin?
