Solid Food Question
How often do you feed your baby solids a day? I was told that my breast milk is supposed to be her main supply for food and nutrition for the first year, but to start introducing solids now. So, how often? I started a couple weeks ago just giving her solids once a day. Should I be doing it more often? Or at this age is it just for practice? #FTM
