Yeah that's so not cool for STD purposes. Condoms can't protect against STDs 100% of the time, so you need to get tested yourself. If your screening comes back clear then I guess it's up to you how truthful you want to be. But if it doesn't, you owe it to him to be completely honest and tell him to get screened as well.

He has a right to know I think you should tell him. If you guys are having sex unprotected that's means he's having sex with anyone else you've ever slept with. If you have an std laying dormant in your body and he gets it that's going to cause major problems. I don't think that's something to lie about. It's also just going to hurt his feelings in the end.
